You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Final sale items
